The Submission Beauty Bucket is our elevated take on a classic—made entirely without plastic. Each hat is crafted using a blend of recycled cotton scraps and sustainably sourced cotton, delivering breathable comfort with a lighter footprint.

Produced in collaboration with a family-run, fair-wage factory in Colombia, this bucket hat supports ethical craftsmanship and a closed-loop supply chain. Finished with a 100% cotton logo label, stitched locally in Los Angeles using cotton thread only.

How to care for your bucket hat

To keep your Bucket in its best shape, hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap. Air dry flat—since it's made from 100% cotton, heat can cause shrinkage. This mindful care routine helps extend the life of your piece while minimizing energy use.

Wear With Care

We do our best to warn you about the risks of plastics hidden (or not-so-hidden) in your makeup bag, but they’re also lurking elsewhere: your wardrobe. Polyester, a synthetic commonly derived from petroleum—that’s right, big oil does it again—is ubiquitous in clothing production due to its low cost and versatility. The problem is that this popular fabric sheds microplastics every single time it is worn, washed, touched or trashed, and is often printed using cheap plastic-based plastisol inks. So instead of opting for pollutive polyester, Submission’s tees are made from 100% reclaimed organic waste cotton and printed with water-based inks, making use of what would otherwise be discarded and providing you with a cleaner, more comfortable product as a result.
